Q. How long does it take to create my cartoon?

A. Your cartoon will typically be ready within 1 week of your order being processed. Your order will only be processed once we have your photo and your payment has cleared.

Please allow 30 days for your cartoon to be ready.

Q. Can I send a photo with more than one person in it?

A. We create your cartoon from your photo regardless of what's actually in the photo. It doesn't matter if you have 1 person or 10 people in your photo, we will create your cartoon from your photo. If you only want certain people or objects used in your cartoon please specify this when ordering.

Q. Can I e-mail my photo instead of uploading?

A. Yes you can - select Option 2 when you come to the photo upload step of the online ordering process. When you have placed your order you will be given instructions on how to e-mail your photo.

Q. How do I make my photo smaller for uploading?

A. When uploading your photo we only accept photos in the JPEG format and they must be no larger than 2MB in size. You can resize your JPEG using most image manipulation software. Below are some useful links to some free JPEG applications:

  JPEG Resizer is a powerful tool for Microsoft Windows which allows you to resize lots of JPEGs with just a few clicks.
• Resize 2.7
  Resize allows you to quickly resize JPEG images.

Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for use of any of the above third-party programs.

Q. When will I know when my cartoon is complete?

A. When your order has been passed to the design team you will be notified via the e-mail address we have on file. Then, when your cartoon is complete you will be notified via e-mail.

Q. How do I download my finished cartoon?

A. To download your completed cartoon please login to the secure customer area. Your cartoon will be shown on the main welcome page once you have logged in.

You can download your cartoon as many times as you like in the JPEG and PDF file formats.

Q. Can I amend my order details?

A. You can amend some of your order details once your order has been placed but not after your order has been passed to the design team. To amend your order visit your order section and click the "Amend" link.

Unfortunately you will not be able to amend your chosen background or style.

Q. What can I do with my cartoon?

A. You are free to do whatever you want with your finished cartoon. There are hundreds of uses, including printing on a t-shirt, mouse mat, framed print, posters, or mug.

We make sure that your cartoon is ready to send to almost every printer for printing on virtually anything. We have compiled a list of printers on our printers page.

Q. What format will my cartoon be in?

A. Your cartoon can be downloaded in the following popular formats:

• Hi-Resolution JPEG
  (300 dpi, 12" x 14"/30.5cm x 35.6cm/4200px x 3600px)
• Adobe PDF *
  (Fully scalable vector document)

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my cartoon?

A. If you are not satisfied with your cartoon please contact us immediately. Minor modifications can generally be made, although additional charges may be incurred if the changes require a large amount of re-drawing.

Q. Can I cancel or get a refund?

A. We offer a 7 day cancellation policy with a full refund, however, we regret that we are unable to offer any other refunds or cancellations. This is because the products cartoons are custom made digital products. Please review our terms and conditions for further information.
